'Glorified in his saints' and 'admired' draws on the picture of a God greatly feared in the council of the holy ones and awesome above all around him. The parousia in which Christ is glorified amid his holy ones reflects this assembly of the heavenly host marveling at God. Cf. Psalm 68:35.
