Where this passage surfaces again, sorted by the strength of the link. Each kind of reuse — formal quotation, deliberate allusion, faint echo, figural pattern — carries its own mark. Follow any reference to read it in place.

Quotation1

A formal citation — high verbal volume, often introduced by a saying-formula.

Acts 14:14-18

The summons to turn to 'the living God, who made the sky and the earth and the sea, and all that is in them' (v15) reproduces the Sabbath-commandment formula 'the Lord made the heaven and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them.' Volume very high (the full four-membered creation list verbatim); Thematic Coherence strong (Creator vs. the 'vain things' of idolatry). The clearest scriptural backbone of the Lystra speech.

High confidence

Allusion2

A deliberate verbal borrowing without a citation formula.

Acts 4:23-31

The prayer's address in v.24, 'you who made the heaven, the earth, the sea, and all that is in them,' is the fourfold creation formula of Exod 20:11 (the Sabbath commandment) almost verbatim in the LXX. High Volume on the formula; strong coherence as the appeal to the Creator-Sovereign grounds the appeal against earthly rulers that follows.

High confidence
Rev 14:6–7

'The LORD made the heaven, the earth, the sea, and all that is in them' — the Sabbath-commandment creation formula directly behind 'Worship him who made the heaven, the earth, the sea, and the springs of waters.' Verbal parallel of the tripartite cosmos.

High confidence

Echo2

A fainter, low-volume reuse, carried by recurrence or thematic coherence.

Acts 17:22-31

'made the heaven and the earth, the sea and all that is in them' is echoed in 'made the world and all things in it... Lord of heaven and earth'; recurrent creation formula.

Medium confidence
Rev 10:4–7

'the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them' supplies the Decalogue creation triad sworn by; alternative or parallel source to Neh 9:6 for the same formula.
